The sessions are based on slide shows with many images and videos of actually executed projects. This gives a thru and realistic impression to the audience. Below are some sample slides.

Crew Resource Management (CRM),
There is one reason that causes the majority of accidents in our industry; communication. It is a buzz word nowadays and many believe that if it is repeated often enough, communication will somehow improve. Fact is however that communication needs to be implemented much like any other initiative.
Here is where many companies struggle and where The Works international can offer a solid solution that is simple and easy to implement. Crew Resource Management was developed by NASA following the 1970 Apollo 13 incident “Houston, we have a problem“.
The simplicity and effectiveness of CRM reached other industries such as the health care industry (operating rooms) and the airline industry where it has been a standard since 1990. Crew Resource Management is now a standard topic in all of my seminars. It is a much needed practice as the number of accidents are not going down.

Las Vegas is the ultimate entertainment city and with Circus Circus Hotel & Resort being part of the MGM Resort International Group you have access to a wide variety of entertainment at the Circus Circus Hotel & Resort or at one of the affiliated hotels, such as Luxor, Excalibur, MGM Grand, Mirage or Monte Carlo.
A quick search showed me that in the week of the seminar, 6 & 7 December, performances are planned that include Ricky Martin, Cher, Blue Man Group, David Copperfield, Cirque du Soleil, various comedians such as Jay Leno and Tim Allen, just to name a few.
An ideal opportunity to combine this seminar with some fun and entertainment.
